Country weddings, oh how I love you! The red barn, the cowboy boots, the line dancing are all ingredients to what makes my heart happy. When I arrived to Kelsey’s hotel room, she was blasting my favorite worship song, “Oceans” by Hillsong. I knew it would be a great day. She was calm, full of happy/sentimental tears, and excited to start her day. I loved they she accessorized her bridal look with cowboy boots and American flag socks. The vibe quickly changed when we headed up to the boys room. They were rowdy, full of fun, and literally drinking and dancing in their underwear. I also loved that the men wore Wrangler Jeans and cowboy boots. Robert and Kelsey are workout and nutritionists enthusiasts and they have their own CrossFit gym, ZASTC. Many of their bridal party members and guests are members of their gym and they all are fit and full of energy. They must be doing something right over there! I had so much fun photographing this country chic wedding and I’m happy I made new friends in the process. Congrats Robert and Kelsey!

We only had two minutes to get to the reception and I really wanted a picture by the haystack.
Kelsey was like, “umm… yes, let’s do it.” She picked up her dress and ran. That’s my kind of bride!

The sun began to set right when dinner started. It was beautiful!

After dinner, everyone headed into the barn to get the party started!

They were having so much fun that they blew out the generator not just once, but multiple times.
The music and all the lights completely shut off. Instead of waiting for it to come back on, the guests sang and danced to patriotic songs.
Nothing would get in the way of their fun time. I loved their attitude towards it all!
